The Transcea Christian School has been here since 2008, and the lack of safe drinking water has been a major problem.  The administration of the School so graciously appreciate Lifewater Liberia for the workshop on how to maintain the pump and the water to ensure continued safe water.

On Feb 6,2017, 30 people attended the Health & Hygiene Workshop. The people are very thankful for the lessons given, and for the instruction to maintain the hand pump to ensure the water remains safe for drinking.

This highly populated community is located around the Liberia Robert International Airport junction. This community has lots of schools and churches, and mostly women and children live here. The only source of water was very old dug wells, most of them are damaged and unsafe or not in use at all. Because of this lack they had to go outside of their community to find water, and on many occasions the children have been hit by cars while crossing the highway.

Through the help of God and Lifewater a hand pump was installed.

This well was drilled as part of a cooperative NGO initiative to provide safe drinking water to all Liberian's. Thanks to ''The Last Well Inc.'' for their coordination and support!
