On March 23, 2017 a Health & Hygiene Workshop was conducted for this community having 32 attendees.

The Town of Nyallai is located in lower Bong County in the District of Sanoyea, This largely populated community had no safe drinking water, the only source of water was the river which would dry up during the dry season and is unsafe. The only facilities within this community are two churches, and a school. The school has been closed because the teachers are unwilling to stay here because of the bad living conditions.  The new hand pump provided will help this community by providing safe drinking water and benefiting the overall living conditions of this town. 

This well was drilled as part of a cooperative NGO initiative to provide safe drinking water to all Liberian's. Thanks to ''The Last Well Inc.'' for their coordination and support!
