Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

On June 20,2017 a Health & Hygiene Workshop was conducted for this community having 41 participants.

Nyeablai Community is located along the Bong Mines Handii Highway, Fuamah District, Bong County, Liberia. This community has a population of 600 people.

With his population, there are 2 hand-dug opened well that can be found here. Because of much rock in this community, the hand-dug wells are not deep enough to keep the water safe for drinking. This has increased their problem for safe drinking water. For this, you see that the women and school going children of the community are always sick.

But today the people of Nyeablai community are happy and blessed that Lifewater Liberia just drilled and constructed and modern Afridev hand pump in the community.

Besides, the construction of a hand pump, the people of Nyeablai community participated in a one day workshop where they were taught about basic health and hygiene practices.

This well was drilled as part of a cooperative NGO initiative to provide safe drinking water to all Liberian's. Thanks to ''The Last Well Inc.'' for their coordination and support!
