New Weala Quarter#2 is located along the highway leading from Kakata to Gbarnga on a high hill. Approximately 720 people live in Quarter#2 primarily women and children.

Their main source of water has been creeks,hand dug wells,  streams and a river from across the highway, which has been very dangerous to cross on a daily basis only to bring home unsafe water to drink. This new well is a blessing for this community.

The Health & Hygiene Team conducted a workshop on May 15,2019 with 20 participants. At the conclusion of the Workshop, the participants thanked the Lifewater family for giving them the knowledge on how to maintain a healthy environment, and continue in good health. 

This well was drilled as part of a cooperative NGO initiative to provide safe drinking water to all Liberian's. Thanks to ''The Last Well Inc.'' for their coordination and support!
