Dear Sir: I'm Fanafan Loubert, one of the community members. I'm so happy to receive the key of the new well today after 5 years of surffering, now we have a good well in the community that is accessable to all when we need it. This town has over 4000 inhabitants. The one well located at a church was insufficient to supply everyone's needs. This new well is a blessing and Marie Rose who is the caretaker will take good care of it. |
