A message from the community

We express our gratitude to Lifewater Canada for the continued support we have received. Our pump could not produce water for a long time. We are happy to have water at last. May God bless you.

-- Felix Otieno, Headteacher, Rongo Primary School

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Rongo Primary School in Kadibo sub-county, in Kenya's Kisumu County, has 500 students. When the hand pump on their well broke down two years ago, they had no choice but to buy water or walk long distances in search of free water.

Lifewater Canada donors enabled a repair team to fix the pump so the students at Rongo Primary School and the community at large could have safe and accessible water again.

Every $1 you give provides a child with safe water for a year!
