Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Dolo Town is in Margibi County near the Harbel Community Market. Lifewater Canada drilled wells there several years ago but in recent months, the wells' hand-powered pumps stopped working and safe water stopped flowing. This happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and many local people say their lack of access to clean water for drinking and sanitation is one of the key reasons why several residents died from the COVID-19 virus.

Lifewater returned to Dolo Town recently and, thanks to our donors, repaired the broken hand pumps including this one. The locals were very happy again to have their wells working again. They offered thanks and appreciation to the repair team and repair sponsors.

Every $1 you give provides a child with safe water for a year!
