A message from the community |

On behalf of our entire community, I am saying a big thank you to Lifewater for supporting us with clean water in our village. May almighty God bless you. We never dreamed of drinking good water. From this day on, your organization will never before forgotten. God bless you. |

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners) |
||||||||||||||||||
Water scarcity was a serious problem for the Kutu community. Residents depended on a small pond that disappears during the dry season. The pond water has sparked outbreaks of cholera and other waterborne diseases. The time needed to walk to and from the pond has kept many of Kutu's children out of their classrooms -- helping to ensure they remain impoverished. Thanks to Lifewater Canada donors, Kutu has two new wells (including this one) that are providing safe and accessible water. Community members are glad and expressed their appreciation for the work God is doing through Lifewater Canada. |
