Members of ECWA Church Diko and the surrounding community often depended on unsafe water sources because the area's only well was insufficient to meet everyone's needs. The unsafe sources -- a river, open hand-dug wells, and water vendors -- contain fecal waste and other contaminants that would leave many people sick. Thanks to our donors, Lifewater visited Diko and drilled two more wells (including this one) that are providing enough safe, accessible water for everyone.
