I write on behalf of the entire community to express our appreciation for fixing our long-damaged well. The community has suffered from a lack of safe drinking water for about a year now. All thanks to Lifewater for your intervention. We really appreciate your kind gesture and we pray that God almighty will continue to provide for and protect you.

When the hand pump on their deep well failed, the people of Angwan Chini II had to rely on water from shallow hand-dug wells, from a distant river, and from whatever they could harvest during the rainy season. Neither the water from hand-dug wells or the river was safe to drink, and the rainwater never lasted long enough to provide much help. Fortunately, thanks to our donors, arrived and replaced the broken hand pump. Now there is abundant safe water in Angwan Chini II.
