Some community details (provided by our in-country partners) |

Ori Bwanda ECD school in Kakoth, in Kenya's Kisumu has about 200 students who did not have access to clean drinking water -- leaving everyone susceptible to a variety of waterborne diseases -- until Lifewater Canada funded the installation by STADA of a rainwater harvesting system which includes a 2,500-litre storage tank and hand-washing station. The teachers and parents at the school are now hopeful that they will live happy and healthy lives while doing well in their academic work. |
