For three months, the well serving Cotton Tree village stopped working. Luckily for the villagers, this is just one of the two wells serving the community. So, when it stopped working, the residents were still able to access clean water although it was a struggle as other wells are far away from some of the residents.

Thankfully, Lifewater Canada and Service to Servants fixed the broken hand pump, thus making it easy for everyone to access clean and safe drinking water.
