A message from the community

We wish to say a big thank you to Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia for rehabilitating our broken well and installing a new hand pump. We are so deeply thankful for you.

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

When the hand pump stopped working on the only community well in New Kamah about three months ago, children and adults had to begin drinking water from unsafe sources. They had no other option, despite knowing these sources put them at risk of diarrheal diseases. But through the generous support of our donors, Lifewater has rehabilitated the well in New Kamah, including installing a new hand pump. Now there is safe water for everyone.
