The community of Orosa has safe water, thanks to the repair of the hand pump on the local well through the generosity of Lifewater Canada donors in partnership with Stada Kenya.
Before the repair of the hand pump, the villagers and especially children, were exposed to diseases as they were forced to drink from unsafe sources. But since the successful repair of the broken hand pump, everyone in the community is enjoying clean and safe drinking water from the village well.
