Dear Sir/Madame

What a joyous ocassion when Lifewater's pump repair team drives into a village! On behalf of the 20 villages whose pumps have been brought back into working order so water is flowing again, I write this note of appreciation.

It is a small thing, and cannot reflect completely the life-giving difference your support has made for so many people!
