Children and adults living in Kadede Kibrwa in Kisumu County did not have access to safe water for weeks after the hand pump on their local well developed mechanical problems. Residents had to get their water from contaminated rivers and lakes. Lifewater Canada, through the generous support of our donors, replaced the hand pump and rehabilitated the well. More than 300 people now have daily and easy access to safe water. |
