We, as the Tipo Njugu community, we hereby appreciate your organization STADA and Lifewater Canada for drilling for us a borehole. We are so privileged to access clean and safe water which is going to curb the spread of diseases. We sincerely appreciate your efforts towards helping us get safe water, and we therefore continue praying for the leadership of these organizations to continue with the good job, to serve communities. ---Community Leaders |

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners) |

Tipo Njugu community in Kisumu county would collect water from stagnant sources because they were easily accessible. However, these sources of water are dirty and would lead to the spread of diseases amongst the residents, and especially children. However, Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya partnered to drill a new well for the community and install a new hand pump. So, instead of the nearby dirty sources of water, the residents of Tipo Njugu community can now easily access clean and safe drinking water from the new communal well. |
