A message from the community

We wish to say a big thank you to Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia for rehabilitating our well and installing a new hand pump. We are so blessed to have access to clean and safe drinking and washing water.

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Lifewater Compound communal hand pump was not just broken, it was broken beyond repair, thus cutting off the supply of clean water from the residents. The residents were not sure when they will be able to access clean drinking water, in the mean time, they relied on a shallow well for their supply of water.

However, Lifewater Canada, through the generosity of our donors, rehabilitated the broken down well and replaced its old and rusted pump with a new one. So, everyone in Lifewater Compound ha access to clean and safe drinking and washing water.
