Some community details (provided by our in-country partners) |

This Community is located along the Duah Town Highway right before the Rock Crushing site. There is junction leading to the Hope Mission and the well is located at the Provision Shop. This is a populated community of 850 people. Their source for water has been open hand dug wells that normally go dry during the hot season, and forces the people to spend almost two to three hours a day searching for better water. This area also lacks health care facilities and latrines, the nearby bushes are used for toileting. Drinking unsafe water has caused serious health problems such as running stomach, typhoid, skin rashes and more. Lifewater Liberia's Health and Hygiene Team were the first to conduct a workshop here and the training was well presented on Oct 5,2018 with 31 participants attending. The New Life Community was very happy for the workshop and the lessons that were taught. They were very thankful to the Health and Hygiene Team.
