Students at Arombo Primary School had been affected by the frequent spread of water-related illness for months, after the hand pump on their well failed. The students, most of them still young, were forced to drink from a nearby river. However, Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya rehabilitated the school's well, and replaced the broken hand pump. The students are now drinking and washing from their school well. |
