Thank you for repairing our well. We also thank you for putting smiles on our faces. We appreciate your effort a lot. God bless you, Lifewater. -- Ali Bayelsa, Community Leader

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Ramutu Mohammed is from Market Road Angwan Jagba, a rural community that experienced a severe water crisis after the village's only well broke down. "We had to buy water from vendors or go to the stream to get dirty water, which made us sick," Ramatu recalls. "Waterborne diseases were common because of the dirty water we drank, and so were stress-related conditions because of the heavy water containers we carried on our heads. We give thanks to God for bringing Lifewater to our community to rehabilitate our broken well (including installing a new hand pump). We are so grateful."
