A message from the community

We express our profound gratitude to Lifewater for a job well done. We thank you for the repair of our 11-months-damaged well pump. After the pump failed, our community had no alternative than to walk to and from the river for drinking water. We share the river water with cows and goats. After drinking the water, our children contracted various diseases. Today, all our agony is over because of Lifewater's kind deeds. May almighty God reward you for your kindness. -- Usman Ahmed, Community Leader

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

"We are grateful to Lifewater for coming to repair our hand pump," says Amedu, a resident of Amben Ayu. "It's been months since the pump went bad and we faced great challenges getting clean drinking water because the community stream is dirty because cows drink and play in it. Hospital visitations became frequent after people drank the dirty water. Our hearts are full of joy because all that has now stopped. God bless Lifewater for coming to our rescue."
