A message from the community

We appreciate the effort of Lifewater to assist our community by repairing our broken hand pump. This has alleviated water scarcity in the community. Now, we have good water to drink and bathe with. The community is grateful. Thank you for all you do for the benefit of humanity. -- Emmanuel Akala, Community Leader

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Patrick Dogo is from Appi Gwandanye 2, a community that experienced a severe water shortage after the hand pump on the villages only well stopped working. "I am so grateful for the repair made on our hand pump by Lifewater," Patrick says. "After the pump stopped working, we had to go to the stream to get water. The stream is dirty and when we drank from it, it caused us various sicknesses. May God bless your organization greatly for your selfless efforts to give us good water again. We are so grateful."
