Thank you, Lifewater, for coming to our aid by repairing our six-months-damaged hand pump. Before it was fixed, our women would go to the river to fetch water. Emmanuel Musa is from the Kpada Anguwa Sarki Bassa Lapai, where children and adults became desperate for safe water after the hand pump failed on the community's only good well. Everyone had to begin drinking from open wells and nearby streams. Both of these sources are contaminated. "We are appreciative and grateful to God for the repair of our hand pump," Emmanuel said."
