A message from the community
As the New Zion community, we deeply thank Lifewater Canada for blessing our us with a new well so we can get clean water. We have never had clean water before and we didn't know we would get a new well so soon. Thank you for the blessing. -- Community Leaders

The community of New Zion in Paynesville City did not have any hope of access to clean and safe water, much less to have a deep, sealed well in their village. The community only knew the open hand-dug well as their source of water. They were fully aware of the health hazards presented by such a contaminated source but that was the only option they had until Lifewater Canada drilled a new well and installed a new hand pump. Over 500 children and adults are now getting safe water from the well.
