Women and girls in Kangoya Juali community in Kisumu would collect dirty water from a nearby stream. The villagers reluctantly consumed the stream's water because the hand pump on their well was not working, denying them access to clean and safe drinking water. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada and Stada Kenya repaired the broken hand pump, making clean and safe drinking water for the residents. |
