A message from the community

We are grateful to the Lifewater Canada team that stopped by our school to educate our students on health and hygiene. Our students have learnt how to take care of themselves and their environment. We are so blessed. -- Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

J. Elijah Benjamin Elementary School has safe water, thanks to the repair of the hand pump on the school's well through the generosity of Lifewater Canada donors in partnership with Service to Servants, a non-government organization in Liberia. However, the students still knew very little about Health and Hygiene. But through the further support of our donors, Service to Servants visited the school to teach students the importance of health, hygiene, and sanitation. The lessons focus on personal hygiene and on protecting the environment, including water sources.
