A message from the community
We thank you so much for the latrines in Latia town. We are happy that they are more abled to improve their hygiene standards and enjoy learning in a clean environment. We are all grateful for the support. ---Community Leaders
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
The community of Latia town did not have a latrine, despite having a market, school and a hospital nearby. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada and Service to Servants partnered to construct a new latrine in the community, therefore making open defecation a thing of the past, and improving the well-being of the residents.
