Low Cost town residents were forced to gather water from creeks, contaminated sources that put every child and adult at risk of diarrheal diseases -- after the hand pump on their community well stopped working. But due to the generosity of Lifewater donors, we have repaired the broken pump so Low Cost town's rehabilitated well is meeting everyone's safe water needs again.
