A message from the community

We bring you greetings from our end, and hope that you are in the best of health. On behalf of our community dwellers, we extend thanks and appreciation to Lifewater donors for sending the repair team, to service our damage hand pump, that had been down for couple of months. Thankfully, we are as dwellers of the above-mentioned town for restoring back our safe water source again. May God continue to bless your organization as you continue to aid this great nation mama Liberia. Thanks. Respectfully yours, Rommina Yah

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

The pump on the Sanoyea Road well stopped working two weeks ago. The residents would walk for several kilometers to get water from the nearby creeks. This kept them from income-earning opportunities and exposed children to diseases as the creek's water was unsafe for consumption. Lifewater donors funded the repair of the village hand pump, the people of Sanoyea Road are joyfully enjoying clean and safe water.
