For Salamatu Bogi and the people of Bazhi, this daily struggle was a stark reality. As Salamatu recounts, "My profound gratitude to Lifewater organization, for her great support towards our community in the drilling of a new borehole. This kind effort of the organization has brought us so much relief and joy because we would no longer have to travel far distance to find water. Going to the stream to get water everyday usually leaves us tired and unproductive after the long and tedious walk."
