A message from the community

Dear Donor, Today we write to you to extend our deepest gratitude for your contribution toward a new well in our community. Prior to this we faced countless challenges regarding water, illnesses, poor hygiene, poor nutrition, and walking long distances to collect water from often contaminated sources. Our children could not attend school as they wanted to, now with your help the community has been on a positive path, the illnesses have decreased, the kids can go to school with no worries, we are almost stress-free, the community is stronger and healthier all thanks to you. 500 people live in this district with 300 regularly accessing this new well. Before the well was drilled it was a 45 min walk to go to a neighboring pump for their drinking water. On average about 1000 precious Goudes were spent buying water
