Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Kowai community in Bong county has 200 residents who rely on a local well for their daily water needs. However, the well's hand pump broke down years ago, leaving residents with no safe source of water. They had to fetch water from a dirty shallow well , therefore running the risk of infections and diarrheal diseases. Lifewater, thanks to our donors, has just visited the community to repair the hand pump and restore the well's flow of safe water for everyone.
