For four months when the hand pump was broken, the people living in A99 in Liberia's Bong county had no option but to drink from a creek. The dirty water put every adult and child at the risk of catching waterborne diseases. But Lifewater Canada and Service to Servants visited the village and repaired the broken hand pump. The residents are happy to have access to clean and safe water.
