A message from the community

We, the community of Kavisu, write to thank you so much for the rehabilitation of our broken down well. The well has been with us for years, but because of its old age, it was getting worse. We thank you for working on it and making it ready to serve again. Thanks lots. ---Community Leaders

Residents of Kavisu community had a source of clean water in their community, but the source that has served them for years was not just inaccessible but making the clean water dirty. This is because the community well was so old that its system required an overhaul if the residents were going to stand a chance of enjoying clean and safe drinking water. So, with the full support of Lifewater Canada, Lifewater RESCUE Kenya took on the challenge of rehabilitating the broken-down pump, thus giving residents easy access to clean and safe drinking and washing water.
