We the administration of Lofa County Academy for the Deaf write to say we are very happy for the wonderful you guys did on our campus. Safe drinking water issued was challenge for we and our students, we not even know to praise God and Life water Liberia for giving us this free safe drinking water. Once again we say thank you, we will do our best to take good care of the pump. May God bless all the hands that provided the money for the pump. Truly yours Amara S. Kamara Administrator
The community of Deaf School Doe Hill in Liberia has never had a clean source of water. A shallow well in the village was the only accessible source of water for years, but while it met the villagers' water needs, it also left them battling illness related to drinking from unsafe sources. It is for this reason that Lifewater Canada thoughtfully drilled a well in Deaf School Doe Hill community and installed a hand pump, giving residents a chance to enjoy easy access to clean water.
