The young and older kids at Yarkatti Education Foundation spend several hours in school learning. However, they would often fall ill after drinking unsafe water from the nearby open well, and instead of spending time learning, they would be stuck in the hospital. But not anymore, because the school has a source of clean water, all thanks to the generosity of Lifewater donors, who enabled Lifewater to construct a new well and install a new hand pump at the school. The students are enjoying clean water, as well as learning, and improved performance.
