A message from the community

The pastors and members of Fear God Christian Mission Church wish to thank and appreciate Lifewater. In recent times we have been passing stools in the bush where there are snakes all over. We have suffered so much -- an untold hardship. But today, we are in paradise with the new toilet facilities. We want to say thank you for all you have done to make life easier for both pastors and members of Fear God Christian Mission. May God bless Lifewater in Jesus' name. -- Pastor Samuel Hazakore

In some rural areas of Nigeria, 80 percent of the population defecates outside. This leads to human feces that contaminates water sources -- exposing communities to potentially fatal diarrheal diseases. Members of Fear God Christian Mission Church recognized the value of toilets but couldn't afford to build them. Then Lifewater, through the support of our donors, arrived and built toilets for the church and surrounding community -- ensuring a healthier future for everyone.
