A message from the community

Siafa town community extend our thanks and appreciation to the Lifewater for providing a clean and safe source of water, complete with a hand pump for us. This hand pump will enable residences of our community to have access to safe drinking water. It is our hope and prayers that, this hand pump be used for its purpose. Residents of Siafa town in Liberia's Montserrado County relied on creeks and open hand dug wells for water for their households, including for drinking. The community did not have an option of clean source of water, until Lifewater Canada a drilled them a well and installed a new hand pump. The villagers, for the first time ever, can access clean and safe drinking water.
