A message from the community

We wish to say thank you to Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia for rehabilitating our and installing a new hand pump. Our well is as good as new. We thank you for our access to clean and safe water.

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Fourteen Room residents were forced to gather water from creeks and shallow wells  -- contaminated sources that put every child and adult at risk of diarrheal diseases -- after the hand pump on their community well stopped working. But due to the generosity of Lifewater donors, we have replaced the broken pump so Fourteen Room 's rehabilitated well is meeting everyone's safe water needs again.
