Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Residents of Lofa village in Liberia's Montserrado County would wash and drink from a shallow well because their only source of clean water, the village well, was out of order. The village's hand pump was broken, making it impossible for the villagers to access clean water from the well. Thankfully, Lifewater Canada and Lifewater Liberia rehabilitated the broken-down well and replaced its hand pump. The village well is now serving over three hundred people in Lofa village.
