A message from the community
Paylelay community is very thankful for the training provided to our village by Lifewater Canada and Service to Servants. We learned a lot of important matters on Health and Hygiene that we didn't know before the workshop. We are grateful. ---Community Leader
Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)
The community of Paylelay has safe water, thanks to the repair of the hand pump on the local well through the generosity of Lifewater Canada donors in partnership with Service to Servants, a non-government organization in Liberia. However, residents still knew very little about Health and Hygiene. But through the further support of our donors, Service to Servants visited the community to teach children and adults the importance of health, hygiene, and sanitation. The lessons focused on personal hygiene and on protecting the environment, including water sources.
