A message from the community

We, the Soi Friends Community, appreciate Lifewater Canada donors for the support they rendered to our community during this drought season. Thank you very much. -- Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Residents of Soi Friends Community were terrified as the annual drought season approached after their local well stopped working and the only remaining water sources were unhealthy and at risk of quickly drying up. But thanks to Lifewater Canada donors, the well has been rehabilitated -- including repair of its hand-powered pump -- so all 500 children and adults in the community have safe and easily accessible water again.
