A message from the community

Our community is so grateful to have a fully functioning hand pump after the well rehabilitation. Many thanks to Lifewater Canada for the support and love. -- Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

During the last five months, the more than 300 children and adults living in Kaagai Community had no access to safe water after the hand-powered pump on their well stopped functioning. Everyone was forced to drink from the nearest rivers, despite the health dangers that lurked in this contaminated water. But recently, through the generosity of our donors, Lifewater visited Kaagai, replaced the broken pump, and restored the grateful community's access to safe, accessible water.
