Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

The people of Kosewe Dispensary in Kisumu County would rely on seasonal rainfall as their only source of freely available safe water. However, during the dry season, everyone had to buy water from privately owned -- and expensive -- wells. Recently, through the generous assistance of our donors, Lifewater Canada drilled a well and installed a hand pump that are available to the entire community at no cost. Children and adults are enjoying free, year-round water for the first time.
