A message from the community

We, the Kolala community in Kisumu County, wish to express our utmost gratitude to Lifewater Canada for the rehabilitation of our well and hand-pump and therefore, the provision of clean and safe water. May God bless you. -- Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Members of Kolala community in Kisumu County suffered from infections likely caused by consumption of unsafe water after the hand pump on their local well stopped working. No one had any access to safe water. When the Kolala Women's Group appealed to Lifewater Canada for help, we replaced the broken pump and rehabilitated the well. Now, thanks to our donors, there is safe water flowing again for children and adults in Kolala.
