A message from the community

We thank Lifewater Canada and STADA for fixing our broken hand pump. Thank you for enabling us to access clean water. -- Community Leaders

Some community details (provided by our in-country partners)

Children and adults in Ofunyu had to start drinking from nearby streams after the hand pump on the community's only water well stopped working. The streams are contaminated so everyone was constantly fearful of contracting diarrheal diseases. But through the support of our donors, Lifewater has visited Ofunyu, repaired the pump, and restored the flow of safe water from the community's well.
