A message from the community

Dear Sir/Madame, We want to say a big thank you to Lifewater for the well they drilled for us. We are very happy to have a well in our community, it will help us to save some money. The life is difficult in Haiti now, and we can use the money to buy food for our children. Thank you again. -Franqueline Charles Community Member

Approximately 600 people live in this community, an estimated 400 will use this well to get clean water. Before this well community members often bought water at a cost of 300 gourdes per week. There is another well in the community but is too busy to reliably use, leaving members to resort to buying water. This well will reduce the workload from the other well, and save members money as they can now reliably get clean, free, drinking water.
