A message from the community

Worldwide shipping and supply lines have been under a tremendous amount of stress and backlog during COVID-19, and unfortunately, Lifewater Liberia has suffered due to the increased shipping times. Our team was expecting a large shipment of polymer -- which acts as a lubricant during well-drilling -- that was delayed. Without the polymer, we could not drill. With no guarantee as to the arrival time of the ordered shipment, and to get the teams running again, a single pail of polymer was shipped via Fed-Ex to Liberia. Immediately upon receipt of the polymer, the teams returned to the field, providing water to children and families who badly need it.
