Thinker Village, along the Robert Field Highway, has a population of about 1,450. It has had a drilled water well for about 10 years, but about three years ago, the well and hand pump broke down.

Lifewater arrived recently and tested the water in the well to be sure it is safe for drinking. Then the team rehabilitated the well, including replacing the hand pump with a good Afridev pump.

It was a great joy for the people of Thinker Village as their water source was restored after years of being down. The community leaders extended many thanks to Lifewater and it partners for restoring their hope and reducing their long walk for safe drinking water.
